Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. You get 14 days free with every module. Pick a plan once you know it fits.
What happens after 14 days?
Choose a plan and keep going. If you don't renew, nothing is lost: the CRM stays available in read-only mode until you subscribe.
What is the sales fee?
A small percentage of sales processed through Sinrai. The higher the plan, the lower the rate. The exact rate is listed on every plan.
Can one company run several lines of business?
Yes. Pick several at sign-up, say retail and wholesale or cargo and 3PL storage. Everything lives in one CRM with shared customers and cash.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your site is live on slug.sinraishop.com right after sign-up, and you can connect your own domain in the site settings.
Our customers are in spreadsheets. How do we move them?
Message us after you sign up. We'll help you import customers, codes and stock without losing anything.
How do customers pay?
By QR or bank transfer to your account: the customer pays and attaches the receipt, you confirm, and the order or balance is closed. In store, there's a POS with shifts and refunds.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Warehouse staff receive parcels and stock by phone, cashiers sell from a tablet, and customers use the portal in a mobile browser with push notifications.
