1. Who processes your data

The data controller is the owner of the Sinrai platform (“we”, “us”). Our contact details are listed on the Contact page.

We process personal data in line with applicable data protection laws in the countries where we operate.

2. What we collect

When you register a company: company name, company handle, phone number, and the owner’s full name and login. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash.

While a company uses the CRM: data about its customers, staff, parcels, orders and payments that the company enters itself. For this data the company is the controller and we act as its processor.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and request times, used to prevent abuse and diagnose issues.

3. Why we collect it

To give you access to the platform, bill your subscription, send service notifications, protect the service from fraud and improve the product.

We never sell personal data and never use our customers’ client data for our own marketing.

4. Storage and security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Staff access to data is restricted and logged.

Data is kept for as long as the company account is active and is deleted at the owner’s request or once the period required by law has passed.

5. Sharing with third parties

Only with providers the service cannot run without (hosting, notification delivery such as Telegram), only to the extent they need, and when lawfully required by public authorities.

6. Your rights

You can request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to processing by emailing the address on the Contact page.
